We are intending to change the status of Calverley CE Primary School from a Voluntary Controlled Church of England School to a Voluntary Aided Church of England School.
On 15 January 2013 a Governing Body Meeting was held to consider the responses from the public consultation and made a formal decision to publish the statutory notice.
The 15 April 2013 – 27 May 2013 is the 6 week Public Statutory Notice Period where the governors will notify Local Authority, DfE and local newspapers. Information gathered from this statutory notice period will be sent to LA by 7 June 2013. The Executive Board of Leeds City council will meet on 18 June 2013 for Local Authority determination. On 1 September Calverley CE Primary School proposes to open as a Voluntary Aided School.
The governing body is implementing the proposal.
