Teaching Staff

Mrs Putsman
Head Teacher

Dawn O'Hara
Deputy Head Teacher

Miss O'Hara is the Deputy Head at Calverley. She is a memebr of a local running club and has completed the London Marathon twice. Her latest challenge is to try and get the staff fitter and has just started a weekly running club for the staff! When she is not out running on Otley Chevin, Miss O'Hara can be found out on her bike. A favourite route is up to Bolton Abbey finishing the ride with coffee and cake at the cafe!

Miss O'Hara is also a keen traveller and loves visiting different places off the beaten track. A favourite destination is South America and on her last visit, she set up a link with a local school in Peru. She is a fan of Liverpool FC and thinks that Wales and anything Welsh is great!

Michelle Potts
Early Years Foundation Stage Leader

Miss Potts is the Early Years Foundation stage leader. She works alongside Miss Wilkinson. Miss Price and Mrs Hepworth are the invaluable teaching support.

Miss Potts has lots of experience in reception, year 1 and year 2 and is currently in the new, fabulous foundation stage classroom and team! She is the PE co-ordinator and PLT for school and aims to drive it forward - exciting times ahead!
She enjoys going to the cinema and theatre and has a major sweet tooth - eating lemon cake and anything chocolate (with a good cup of tea of course!).

Sara Wilkinson
Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

Miss Wilkinson is the Educational Visits Co-ordinator and ICT Leader.

Miss Wilkinson has seen many fantastic changes within the Foundation Stage during this time. She enjoys internet shopping and travelling. She spends much of her free time in the gym, keeping fit. This is largely due to her unhealthy obsession with chocolate, sweets and cakes!
